Make your own homemade ice cream

Summer is around the corner, temperatures are rising, and you would like to cool off and at the same time enjoy some sweet treat? That´s what are ice creams for! Down below we are bringing you a couple of really easy recipes for delicious home made ice creams, and, moreover, healthy ones! :)

Banana peanut butter ice cream

Banana and peanut butter together? That sounds like a heaven, don´t you think? You will just need:

-3 choped, frozen bananas

-2 spoons of peanut butter

-60 ml of almond milk (you can use any other milk)

The preparation is really simple, just put all the ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.

Strawberry sorbet

Sorbets are my favourite. Especially the ones made with strawberries! This recipe couldn´t be more easy. Just put frozen strawberries into the blender and mix until you reach sorbet-y consistency. Depending on your taste you can add agave syrup, honey, or maple syrup, and a little bit of juice of lemon.

Chocolate ice cream

Chocolate is always a good idea! You will need just couple of ingredients to make this delicious ice cream:

-3 frozen, choped bananas

-80 ml cocoa powder

-3 table spoons peanut butter

-pinch of salt

-chocolate chips or pieces of dark chocolate

Blend all the ingredients in food processor, add chocolate chips, and if the mixture is too thick you can add milk of your choice. You can eat it right away, or put to the freezer for later.

Raspberry sorbet

The same as with strawberry sorbet, you just mix in the blender frozen raspberries, and also add blueberries, and strawberries to make a red fruit sorbet ;)

Coconut ice cream

Coconutis my another favourite flavour, and, served with pineapple and cohocolate topping, you will feel like in heaven. For this recipe you wouldn´t even need a blender.

-1 can of full-fat coconut milk

-60 ml of honey/agave syrup/maple syrup

-60 ml of water

-shredded coconut (optional)

-juice of a half lime (optional)

In a bowl melt honey in water, let it cool and then add in coconut milk and stir to combine, for a more rich flavour of coconut, add shredded coconut, and, you can also squeeze in juice of a half lime. Put the dish in the freezer, and scrape every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
